Doesn’t answer phone nor emails worse customer service ever

Loyal Customers for over 3 years. They changed systems, somehow forgot to charge our card on file, then cut us off and got debt collectors on us. When we tried to get an understanding on what was going on, no customer service, chat disappeared, no call backs, no return emails nothing. Here is a tip, purchase a ZIP tap, we did and now we don't have the headache of a dysfunctional company. (and we're saving a bunch of money). When we finally got someone on the phone we asked to speak to a supervisor and they promised they would call us back...... we never heard from neverfail again.

Avoid!!!!! They are literally impossible to get in contact with. Paid for water two weeks ago, I have been trying to find out since then when delivery can be expected. No reply to emails, recorded message saying sorry they are too busy to answer the phone, every day I try to live chat where it tells me the wait is 90 mins, I’ve private messaged on Instagram and then made a public comment requesting they get in touch with me… my comments keep getting deleted!!!! Now I’m reading this is happening to so many other people. Disgusting and surely this is illegal!? I can’t even request a refund because there is no one to talk to?! I hope a news show gets a hold of this and investigates them because I’m sure people out there are owed thousands of dollars!!

My advise anyone that wants to use this company. Don’t! The water is fine. But the way this company is run would have to be the worst. They are still sending deliveries to an address that I no longer live at. And now they are threatening me with legal action for unpaid invoices that were delivered after I had vacated the address. I have emailed them to let them know over 30 time without reply. They don’t answer the phone they won’t call you back if you message them threw enquires, Info, sales, remittance email addresses. Please save yourself the heartache and find a different supplier.

Was promised a delivery over 2 weeks ago and still waiting. No-one in the office to take your call so was kept on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up. Go to website to enquire about delivery enter the account number on my last invoice and it tells me no such account number. Company run by Muppets with the IQ of a pelican!

I been a customer for 20 years. I have been receiving text messages over the past few months telling me my delivery will be yesterday, yes that’s right YESTERDAY, the customer number is also incorrect. I been trying to call them for the past few days but you get on hold for a minute and the line then drops out.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that had made 7 phone calls just to try and get a water delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I'm still waiting, what a joke. One very disgruntled customer.

I would die dried waiting for my order delivery. I ordered three big bottles last 30/08, waited to get it delivered at least in a couple of days but nothing so far. Iv called Neverfail and the customer service told me my order would be delivered yesterday 10/09 but nothing so far. Iv called them back yesterday and the customer service told me my order will be delivered next Tuesday 14/09. Well, for this kind of service WATER it is disgusting half a month delay. Do we live in a first world country? For God’s sake… we are talking about water supply 😞

The website chatline doesn't work. I wait on the phone for over an hour. Customer service person promises a delivery on 8 September. I receive a sms saying delivery will be made 9 September. Simply not good enough. Not prepared to wait on the phone for another hour. Give me strength!

Haven’t had a delivery for months due to not being in the office then requested a delivery multiple times but without success. Then I received an invoice for a delivery that was never made. I’ve left multiple messages to advise that no delivery was ever made but I continue receiving demands for payment. This is a terrible company to deal with and I advise sourcing your water needs from anyone else you can.

I have been calling to cancel my service for weeks because for the last 4-5 months they have only delivered 4 of the 15 bottles I need per month and they will not deliver them to my house any more but instead leave them outside my front gate on a rural property. Spent hours on hold with no answer or to be cut off. Live chat does not work. Email enquiries go unanswered. Once you get through to a staff member they are lovely but it takes hours to get through. I do not recommend signing up to this company for water deliveries.

After holding on the line for over 20 mins, your representative answered and asked if I can hold again in order to check the data. All of a sudden the automated voice is asking me to rate coca cola amatil and I was disconnected. We are very dissatisfied with the service. Very poor communication and very poor service. i called again and waited on the line for a further 20 mins to speak to your billing department regarding the issuing of invoices without delivery of the water. this time the representative mentioned that they'll investigate the matter. heard nothing. i keep emailing and calling Neverfail to rectify the issue and amend their invoices but no response. this has been ongoing since July 2021. very disappointing.

About 3 months ago I was double charged for a year's worth of invoices, which Neverfail blamed on a faulty new system. Since then, I have exchanged several emails, 9 calls with lengthy holding periods, filled out 2 different forms and I still don't have a refund. I feel like they are acting in bad faith and are giving me the run around hoping I will give up. My last 3 emails to them went unanswered.

I tried to cancel my account with this company months ago mainly because it was becoming expensive but also no matter whether we left no bottles out for delivery driver ore one he always left three. As they hav a “no returns “ policy we had to pay for three whether we wanted them or not! Since canceling my account I have received a bill every month saying I owe $120 . The account number quoted is not even the one I used to have. I have tried phoning (goes unanswered) and use live chat but it never gets sorted out. Have resorted to contacting ACC to make a complaint.

Neverfail should renamed as "WE ALWAYS FAIL. There service is frustrating to say the least.For the past 3 months I've recieved texts every bloody week saying your water is due for delivery ,when they'd, a week before came again with delivery.Then u try to call,make sure you have half a day spare til someone answers.i requested can this please be fixed for once,the lady had a bit of attitude towards me . Are you KIDDING me, I've been trying to tell this lady I'm tied of nothing ever being rectified,I also inquired as to why I never receive an email to say I've paid,was then told abruptly I need to have direct debit to receive an invoice.i said that I pay by credit card & always have with"THERE PHONE SERVICE OPTION ",she then began to talk over me,I then said I want to no longer be a customer, I was all paid up,she then said I had 5 cents owing.i told her I'd leave the bottles out,was agreed & I've stuck 5 cents on one of the bottles.I decided to write this review as ive just received another text saying your delivery is due on Monday 🤣🤣🤣 ahh you've gotta laugh. .I've rang this company around 5 times.I refuse to call them again.I also sent an equiry email on there website thinking that it might be a better way to go,it states they will get back to you within 2 business days,well it's over a month when I did that and I've heard nothing.. This company is a circus, Support your local suppliers,they are much cheaper to.
