After holding on the line for over 20 mins, your representative answered and asked if I can hold again in order to check the data. All of a sudden the automated voice is asking me to rate coca cola amatil and I was disconnected. We are very dissatisfied with the service. Very poor communication and very poor service. i called again and waited on the line for a further 20 mins to speak to your billing department regarding the issuing of invoices without delivery of the water. this time the representative mentioned that they'll investigate the matter. heard nothing. i keep emailing and calling Neverfail to rectify the issue and amend their invoices but no response. this has been ongoing since July 2021. very disappointing.

About 3 months ago I was double charged for a year's worth of invoices, which Neverfail blamed on a faulty new system. Since then, I have exchanged several emails, 9 calls with lengthy holding periods, filled out 2 different forms and I still don't have a refund. I feel like they are acting in bad faith and are giving me the run around hoping I will give up. My last 3 emails to them went unanswered.

I tried to cancel my account with this company months ago mainly because it was becoming expensive but also no matter whether we left no bottles out for delivery driver ore one he always left three. As they hav a “no returns “ policy we had to pay for three whether we wanted them or not! Since canceling my account I have received a bill every month saying I owe $120 . The account number quoted is not even the one I used to have. I have tried phoning (goes unanswered) and use live chat but it never gets sorted out. Have resorted to contacting ACC to make a complaint.

Neverfail should renamed as "WE ALWAYS FAIL. There service is frustrating to say the least.For the past 3 months I've recieved texts every bloody week saying your water is due for delivery ,when they'd, a week before came again with delivery.Then u try to call,make sure you have half a day spare til someone answers.i requested can this please be fixed for once,the lady had a bit of attitude towards me . Are you KIDDING me, I've been trying to tell this lady I'm tied of nothing ever being rectified,I also inquired as to why I never receive an email to say I've paid,was then told abruptly I need to have direct debit to receive an invoice.i said that I pay by credit card & always have with"THERE PHONE SERVICE OPTION ",she then began to talk over me,I then said I want to no longer be a customer, I was all paid up,she then said I had 5 cents owing.i told her I'd leave the bottles out,was agreed & I've stuck 5 cents on one of the bottles.I decided to write this review as ive just received another text saying your delivery is due on Monday 🤣🤣🤣 ahh you've gotta laugh. .I've rang this company around 5 times.I refuse to call them again.I also sent an equiry email on there website thinking that it might be a better way to go,it states they will get back to you within 2 business days,well it's over a month when I did that and I've heard nothing.. This company is a circus, Support your local suppliers,they are much cheaper to.

Hi i have been a customer for 10 years then they started to change payment methods and each time we went along to the last time they wanted direct debit order we asked for any other method but they said if we dont like it we can take our business somewhere else .So we terminated or cotract Never Fail said they would pick up their cooler up the next delivery date so we put out the machine and empty bottles to be picked up .We were home all day ,later i went out to see that they had delivered 2 more full bottles .I phoned them up to notify them that i terminated my contract .They argued that were not in the wrong .Never Fail said that they would come and pick up the machine and bottles. To day it is a week later and the machine and bottles are still standing in my garage ?That s why companies go under because their is no customer care or follow up shame on you Never Fail 😠

I have always paid $10.20 for a 15litre water delivery received invoice today they are now charging $13.20 I have gone back through emails nothing says a price increase how sneaky I’ll be changing supplier

The delivery and water are as required, the Neverfail website and billing is not very good. When first logging in the invoice information always in incorrect (a month or two behind) and there is never a next delivery date on the notification or on the website. If you can find the delivery schedule there is no legend to advise what the coded dates are.

Good service . Paid my statement by bpay every single time it was received however will be cancelling the service now you can only opt in for direct debit.

I have been with Neverfail Springwater for years and I have always payed my account on or before time. Myself I do not like Direct Debit as I like to have control of my own account. So if this happens I will probably cancell my account.

We are happy with the product itself but so many mistakes and delivery, payment issues even we keep calling as online setting or chat was also didn’t work properly. Never right... e.g. suddenly text reminder stopped so asked to remind again, did not fixed, so asked the deliver guy, not fixed even he said he would l tell the team, so had to ring again, Delivered wrong number bottles (ordered 5 bottles and getting 5 for few months then suddenly got 8 bottles and charged. so had to ring, I’ve clearly been told he will fix, then got 6 bottles!!! It’s all frustrating! Just a joke!!!

I have had bottled spring water delivered to my home since 1988 - the company supplying at that time was taken over by Neverfail. The water has been of a consistently high quality & the service reliable through out the years. Having cool odourless water dispensed from a cooler encouraged my children & now my grandchildren to drink the Neverfail water in preference to any other less healthy beverage. The smell & taste of tap water is quite awful by comparison.
