Hi i have been a customer for 10 years then they started to change payment methods and each time we went along to the last time they wanted direct debit order we asked for any other method but they said if we dont like it we can take our business somewhere else .So we terminated or cotract Never Fail said they would pick up their cooler up the next delivery date so we put out the machine and empty bottles to be picked up .We were home all day ,later i went out to see that they had delivered 2 more full bottles .I phoned them up to notify them that i terminated my contract .They argued that were not in the wrong .Never Fail said that they would come and pick up the machine and bottles. To day it is a week later and the machine and bottles are still standing in my garage ?That s why companies go under because their is no customer care or follow up shame on you Never Fail ðŸ˜
