Customer service is shocking. Hours and hours waiting on the live chat. Left a auto message to call me back and received call when I was not able to chat. Asked to call back in 30 min and am still waiting.

Been on hold for 2 hours. Having been calling everyday for the last 5 days. We are moving interstate and need machine and empty bottle removed. Even emailed and it bounced back. Can anyone assist . This is the worst service I've ever experienced.

You can not get in contact with customer support. One day on hold for 2 hours. Next day 4 hours and up to 50 minutes again today.

2 weeks past delivery date, and calls made to neverfail each week and I am still waiting for delivery. WHY. service has been appalling lately.

Paid for a water cooling system. Received the first unit - didn't work. Waited a week for the next unit. Didn't work either. Called to say I want to cancel the service and get a refund for the payment for the cooling unit. Was told it will take a week to collect the old unit. Then once it's returned we'll send you a refund form. Asked to speak with a manager /supervisor about the service and was told on 2 seperate occasions ' our managers don't get on the phones, I think if you email .....that should come through' Asked to make a complaint about the service (or lack thereof) and was told to email forms@neverfail.com.au. waste of time. Never heard back. Worst service I have ever received.

Unfortunately there is NO customer service. I have been receiving the services of Neverfail for over 25 years. My delivery did not happen last month, I called a week after the due date on hold for nearly an hour and was told That was a problem with the system and hence I did not get any delivery. Delivery was arranged a few days later. This month I once again did not get water delivery on due dat. I called again, over an hour on hold. Then I explained my situation and was told there was problem with the system and an urgent delivery would be arranged. I rand today to see when delivery would be and over an hour on hold so I gave up. I logged into their website and see that my next delivery would be in November. I tried to get on live chat but it does not exist although it says that there is. Absolutely useless customer service.

The minimum single star required to write this review is still too many. After being a customer for 20 years, I've finally asked for a refund for water not delivered for 5 weeks. I've also cancelled my default payment arrangement for both water & cooler rental. Now waiting to see if they manage to send a truck to pick up the cooler & empties ... otherwise they won't refund my money. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH NEVERFAIL AGAIN. Used to be a reliable company before Coca Cola Amatil bought them... but not any more.

We have been chasing them for over a month for deliveries they didn't make but charged us for. The driver has provided signatures that did not come from our office so they haven't acknowledged that the delivery wasn't made, they finally sent copies of the signatures which were obviously fake and after confirmation from us that they do not belong to anyone is our office they still haven't rectified the problem a week later. They left a voicemail after emails were sent by us (confirming the signatures were not ours), requesting we call back to confirm whether the signatures came from our office. Multiple calls and emails and each time I get told the same old line "we will escalate this with the logistics team". Customer service is absolutely useless, the last call the guy was using a very rude tone and hung up on me. I do not trust this company.

Constant changing of days on delivery and not showing up even when calling the customer service and they tell you it’s on the truck so they deliberately mis inform you pay for a machine and get no water to use it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Between June and mid-August 2023: 30 failed deliveries due to "unforeseeable circumstances". Our office is in St James. Customer service only offers apologies but no constructive solutions. Don't trust the 3.5 star review here - take a look at their ProductReview or Google Review ratings.

This company is horrific. they never deliver water when they say they will, they do not communicate delay and after cancelling the service they still wont collect their cooler or bottles. weeks and weeks of "escalating" and "Requests" eventuates to nothing. the audacity to have to charge me a further fee should i dispose of what i call their rubbish is outrageous. get your belongings that have been paid for.

Neverfail do not even deserve one star. This company lacks any real connection and concern for customers. I've been a customer for only 11 months but I had also started an account with my company a few years back. I initially found the service flexible and responsive but now, they are extraordinarily wicked. I've been charged annual fees twice, had deliveries delayed, was promised I'd be sent a form to have the overpayment processed (never arrived). What a disgraceful company. Now I'm trying to cancel but their website doesn't have that feature - happy to start new customers and take additional orders, but you can't cancel online. The sooner I have them out of my life the better!

The service for the last 18 months or so has been dreadful. Don’t show up when the say they are or another delivery will come a few days apart. When calling service centre the operators don’t appear to know what is going on , they just say will pass it on but you never hear from them. I have asked several times to talk to a manager and always told they are not available. Last week I asked for the manager to call me back and as you can guess I’m still waiting. I have know cancelled my account with Neverfail, and was informed that today would be the day that they would collect the cooler and empty bottles , but as usual they don’t show up. I’m also told that I can’t get my refund of money I have paid in advance till they get the cooler back. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Wish there was an option not to give any stars

We have been using neverfail for over 5 years and up until about 8 months ago they were fantastic. Since then, we have had endless trouble with deliveries and trying to solve the problem. The head office doesn't appear to be able to communicate to the Queensland office. We have cancelled our service and gone with another company. As far as I am concerned it's been Alwaysfail

The last six months, our Victorian company hasbeen billed for NSW invoices (NOT OURS). For the last few months, I have been ringing/online chatting with a request for these NSW invoices to be removed from our account. With every communication, I have been assured that this will be done. NOTHING. As a result of apparent NON PAYMENT of invoices that aren't even ours, our Water Supply has been put on hold. To make matters worse, Neverfail has escalated the matter to their commercial credit team! This was the last straw. We have since closed our account, have requested that their assets be collected (of which has not yet occured). We are now getting our Water Supply from another company whom are a absolute delight to deal with. NEVERFAIL ARE A DISGRACE.

if I could leave negative star I would. I placed an order online, called to confirm details, made payment and waited 11 days for a delivery ETA. I called daily and got the same "spiel" from customer service (who are all very polite and totally ineffectual - not their fault) - bla bla bla. Nothing was done until I lost it and demanded to speak to a manager. Didn't get one, but actually got a CS lady who was willing to look into the issue. I gave up and cancelled the order. I was told I would receive an email that would send me a request for refund form. I waited a week and had to call and ask for that to be sent. I sent it back the same day. I have now waited a week after returning the request for a refund. Only to be told, we have forwarded that to accounts (today) and that should get processed asap!. Yeah right!! Never dealing with this chaos of a company again.

I have been a long term customer but in recent times the customer service has disappeared. Trying to resolve an issue is impossible!! So over it so moving to an alternative option.
