After being a customer for 20 years, I've finally asked for a refund for water not delivered for 5 weeks. I've also cancelled my default payment arrangement for both water & cooler rental. Now waiting to see if they manage to send a truck to pick up the cooler & empties ... otherwise they won't refund my money. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH NEVERFAIL AGAIN. Used to be a reliable company before Coca Cola Amatil bought them... but not any more.
