SUGGESTED NAME CHANGE: ALWAYSFAIL - 0 stars from me! Ordered and paid for 5 x 11L water bottles and delivery on the 11th January. Out of the blue, 3 x 11L bottles are delivered last Thursday, no communication what so ever - 2 AND A HALF MONTHS LATE AND TWO BOTTLES SHORT! No explanation. Impossible to contact and resolve, eventually after many attempts managed to get through today, no apology, had to ask several times to be sent my shortfall or I would like a refund.

The service is appalling. One delivery in 6 months. Can never speak to a manager. Chat line never works. The billing, however, never fails!

I didn't want a water delivery cancelled it online but it didn't work as water was delivered. Called the company and said collect the water I don't want it which they did 2 months later In get a letter of demand to pay for the water after many emails & phone calls I get told today under law water can't be returned so not only did I have to pay the outstanding amount I was totally ripped off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Should be called Always Fail. Been trying to cancel my account for 2 months. Call them weekly. They keep bringing more and more water. Will not pick up. Will not refund. Sent off a refund form to instructed email address which bounced back. The worst customer experience I have ever had, ever. AVOID at all costs

Have used Neverfail for years both personally and at work. They used to be fantastic, but unfortunately that has changed. If I could give zero stars I would. Deliveries are erratic. Sometimes waiting weeks after being advised it would be delivered that day. A regular order of 2 bottles per month was doubled two months ago. Then today they deliver 6 bottles and expect payment immediately. Trying to get in touch to sort this out is impossible. Phone - on hold for 20plus mins each time and then disconnected (7 times today). Live chat not working! Go onto my account to cancel and each time I submit it kicks me out. So I tried FB and surprise Neverfail has limited commenting and doesnt allow private messages. How in the hell do you get in touch with this business??

They are the worst company to deal with, extremely unprofessional. They delivered my water to another house then charged me. I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out. One month later the person who received my delivery found me but I now buy from another company. Today neverfail was coming to pick up my empty containers and they went to my neighbours house instead. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with this company and they still can’t get it right

can not email, call or live chat and even if you wait the 50min plus no one was able to help. Placed an order and it took 10days to be delivered

Once you are subscribed, there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them to make changes or cancel. I have been on the phone 'next in line' for 30 minutes and number 22 in the chat que - expected wait time 50 minutes. This has happened multiple times and I still haven't got through!! I have made changes in the online system but it isn't reflected and I still get the bottles and charged for them. No way to email them either. its just horrible to go through financial hardship and being unable to cancel or suspend a subscription that isn't a necessity. I would steer clear at all costs.

I have been with this company since 2018 and since that time they have said they will updating their website. It is the clunkiest I know. Deliveries come when they shouldn't and don't come when I am expecting them. I have spent hours and hours on the phone today, along with the online chat and finally tonight I was on hold being caller 18 in the queue to still be on hold 90 minutes later (and only up to 6) when the call was cancelled! I am not sure how this company can be so dismal. Sorry but I am taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst companies to deal with. Sent us to the creditors when invoice was paid in full on time. Secondly trying to cancel account is like talking to a brick wall. Live chat doesn't have anyone to chat to, phone no one picks up. When you finally talk to someone they are unhelpful and say you need to cancel through live chat. Who is running this company??? Really need to think about your customer service and how to improve on this.

I really wish there was a 0 star rating. I have had nothing but issues with getting any deliveries at all. No luck on the email, online or phone. we are paying for a service without a service. they will not even tell me our account manager. I have set up delivery service three times and still nothing. Am going to switch - after months of this i have had enough.

I was on the phone to cancel my monthly delivery, from 3pm until after 6pm. Waited until I was told I was next in the queue. Sent an email to cancel delivery, but the delivery turned up anyway! Invoice was sent to me the following day telling me I was overdue with my payment! I have telephoned them at least a dozen times today and each time I was number 35 in the queue. So I tried live chat - a 49 minute wait on that. I want to receive a revised invoice, which subtracts the payment I made a week ago. I used to ring Neverfail and the call was answered within a minute or so. What has happened??? The Neverfail service is sh—-house! I think the management really need to take a good,long look at their call centre and take action quickly. I have been a customer for over 12 years, but perhaps not for much longer.

Customer service is horrible! I spent three hours on hold to order water, when I finally spoke to someone, no apologies and to make it worse we never received the water. Do not order from Neverfail!!!

This is first review I’ve ever written because companies like this don’t deserve to continue to operate if there service is so poor. Ever since they changed their software I have had nothing but trouble and they won’t answer the phone or reply to emails.

I ordered Ceramic Well and stand on 10 October and the on-line status showed it would be delivered Friday 15 October but it never arrived. I rang your phone number at 8am WA time and was told I was 7 in the queue but I never got through. I went on-line to try and talk to a person but was informed I was "One of our Neverfail representatives will be with you shortly. You are number 63 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 91 minute(s). Thank you for your patience."'. Useless, I have now been hanging again on the phone for another hour and am 11 in the queue.

an absolute nightmare to deal with. i was on hold for 2 hours and 2 minutes today till i finally spoke to someone. water is great. customer service well there is none. i cancelled today... am hoping that is the last i ever ever have to deal with this company. have a feeling they re going to balls this up as well...
