SUGGESTED NAME CHANGE: ALWAYSFAIL - 0 stars from me!
Ordered and paid for 5 x 11L water bottles and delivery on the 11th January. Out of the blue, 3 x 11L bottles are delivered last Thursday, no communication what so ever - 2 AND A HALF MONTHS LATE AND TWO BOTTLES SHORT! No explanation. Impossible to contact and resolve, eventually after many attempts managed to get through today, no apology, had to ask several times to be sent my shortfall or I would like a refund.
