“Love the water. Cooler is fantastic with the hot and cold option. Use hot option when making jelly, Cup a soup, tea and more.... Never without water. Great and on time delivery service. Affordable as well. Text message prior to delivery very helpful to leave empty’s outside. Delivery person very professional and friendly. Been a customer for many many years.”

“We only drink clean water so that excludes "town water" that contains many chemicals that should not be ingested. After a lack of rain last year we ran out of our tank water so we had to get a truck load water delivered. This was "town water" so we needed a clean source for drinking and cooking and got Neverfail. They are great, always deliver regularly and at a great price. We also get their great water cooler for our fresh spring water. Even after good recent rain, we have come to prefer the chilled water we get from the Neverfail cooler. Highly recommended if you prefer your water to be fresh spring water with nothing added that may harm you.”

“The bottles are always clean and regularly updated, the water always tastes fresh. The delivery is friendly and the bottles are left out of direct Sunlight if no one is at home, which I appreciate.”
