“Neverfail Water is a business that does not look after their customers. I had been their customer for more than 30 years and they treated me very poorly and disrespectfully. My suggestion is to buy an under-the-sink water filter that gives you unlimited clean water for a tiny fraction of the price. Don't use Neverfail.”

“In the past I have been quite happy with Neverfail even though I am told the water is coming one day but the delivery is a few days before, I have not put the empties out and the delivery guy does not ring the door bell. But my biggest disappointment was when I call recently asking if I could exchange my recently delivery 4 large bottles for smaller ones due to the fact my husband had developed two hernias requiring surgery and would not be able to left heavy items before nor after for a period of 8 weeks after surgery. I request if I could exchange for the small bottles as I could not left the large ones. I was told there was nothing they could do but if I wished I could purchase another 4 of the smaller bottles. No customer service at all.”

“I enjoy the water that is delivered, however delivery days are not advised this in turns leaves me with a collection of empty bottles. When and if I see the delivery driver he will only take the number of bottles he is delivering, so this is frustrating. The unit that was delivered to my residence was not my colour choice I requested and it was obviously used as it is scratched. Apart from that the water is enjoyable and chilled.”

“Yeah good service, only have one thing to say is I don't appreciate, threatening letter, when it comes to hire of cooler. Please ensure you put in email what I owe you for cooler, next time, and stop with the threats of small calm recovery, I always pay my bill, thanks.”
