“Still waiting for my new cooler as green slim is coming out cant drink it,so we are drinking water from the spring hole which tastes like mud,we don't have town water this is all we have !Iv called twice still nothing id rather mud taste then slime”

“Driver is excellent but who ever gives them the order isn't, the amount of times they give the driver the wrong order or sends him when we didn't order is real bad communication. We can't say enough for our driver he is always amazing and accommodating but ur ordering system that ur drivers go by needs working on”

“I find the product extremely good. The only problem I have, is sometimes lifting the bottle up on to the bench, in preparation to putting it on the dispenser. The delivery contractor is extremely good, and if the timing is right, he puts the bottle up on the bench for me, which I very much appreciate.”

“Our original experience with Neverfail made has have significant hesitation as to whether to continue with the service. The service was pathetic and the whole feel was that Neverfail didn't want our business. HOWEVER, since a recent driver change in our area, we could not be happier. His customer service is second to none and is an absolute asset to your organisation. I could not compliment his efforts enough in bringing disengaged and comtemplating leaving customers make into the fold through quality service.”
