Neverfail Water is a business that does not look after their customers. I had been their customer for more than 30 years and they treated me very poorly and disrespectfully.
My suggestion is to buy an under-the-sink water filter that gives you unlimited clean water for a tiny fraction of the price. Don't use Neverfail.
