“We love the refreshing taste of Neverfail water. My children, and now my grandchildren will drink a lot more water as it’s easy for them to access and the taste is great. The delivery guys are always friendly and if I ever forget my bottles, he usually leaves the same number as our normal delivery. On the odd occasion that we run out, the company is flexible with getting us an extra bottle outside of our normal delivery times. Thanks heaps to this great company 👍🏼👍🏼”

“I am a very!! long-time customer of Neverfail - from before it even became Neverfail. It has always been customer-friendly - in fact customer focused is a better description. The delivery people are so helpful, obliging, and cheerful; the administration staff equally so. I do have some qualms about the way all businesses clearly are moving us, the customer, to deal with queries/communication through technology mainly. Fine if one is proficient in its use... a stressful, time-consuming disaster if one is not.”

“Been using everfail water for many years hear in Gladstone for 4 years and on Bri ie is ll and for about 5 years ot best tasting water on the market and wiĺ continue to use it. THE DRIVERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND will put water out of sun if I am not home”

“Feel a bit sorry about our delivery driver, (Tex). Such a big area to cover. Pity that Tex does not have someone else doing delivers in Maryborough or other outlying areas. Would ease his workload a bit.”
