I am a very!! long-time customer of Neverfail - from before it even became Neverfail. It has always been customer-friendly - in fact customer focused is a better description. The delivery people are so helpful, obliging, and cheerful; the administration staff equally so.
I do have some qualms about the way all businesses clearly are moving us, the customer, to deal with queries/communication through technology mainly. Fine if one is proficient in its use... a stressful, time-consuming disaster if one is not.
