Very poor communication and very poor service. i called again and waited on the line for a further 20 mins to speak to your billing department regarding the issuing of invoices without delivery of the water. this time the representative mentioned that they'll investigate the matter. heard nothing. i keep emailing and calling Neverfail to rectify the issue and amend their invoices but no response. this has been ongoing since July 2021. very disappointing.
