About 3 months ago I was double charged for a year's worth of invoices, which Neverfail blamed on a faulty new system. Since then, I have exchanged several emails, 9 calls with lengthy holding periods, filled out 2 different forms and I still don't have a refund. I feel like they are acting in bad faith and are giving me the run around hoping I will give up. My last 3 emails to them went unanswered.
