“I read the reviews in May and was a little concerned about the failures to deliver, however, as the problems appeared to be addressed and resolved, I decided to order a birthday present. I was relieved when the back issue and first issue arrived promptly. However, on the 15th of August I emailed and said we had not received the next issue. I received an email telling me that we had been sent copies in May and the next one would be in September. I emailed back pointing out that as it is a bimonthly magazine, we should have received one in July. I received another email agreeing and stating they would contact the supplier. It is now September 9th and I have heard nothing more and never received the issue. Another magazine in now due but has not yet arrived. This has turned out to be a very disappointing birthday present and the company seems to have recurrent issues with failure to deliver which are not, in my case resolved at all in 25 days.”
Good afternoon, and thank you for your feedback. Firstly, our sincerest apologies for how long it has taken us to sort the logistics out. We looked into your complaint again and the issue here was a logistical one where our supplier did not start sending us the issues immediately which is why the July/August 24 issue was never sent to the recipient. Apologies for the miscommunication.
Also, due to our colleague cancelling and refunding a bit too hastily, as a good will gesture and compensating for the disappointment, we reinstated the original subscription. We expect a smooth process from here on out.

Amy has been incredibly proactive and immediately responsive- she has arranged for another copy of this magazine to be sent out with tracked service. “I ordered 2 copies of Vanity Fair magazine UK edition on 10/13/20. As of 12/18/20 I have still not received them!! How can it take 2 months plus to send them to the United States when other UK mail was taking 5-7 days to get here? Very poor service. Will not use this service ever again. Complete waste of £20. Would love a response from customer service please.”
“I will never purchase from you again as well as previous reviewer. Paid over £2 per week for 66p tv choice as I was shielding and only 2 out if 6 magazines arrived in time. This has been followed by loads of annoying emails so I unsubscribed. Emails stopped for about a week and have started arriving again. Cannot unsubscribe as I already have done so. A very annoying company.”
