“ If I could give no stars I would. It has been 10 months and I still have not had a refund or the product I am owed. I have called for months every week only to be told my case will be marked as urgent, but no one ever gets back to me. I have been out 1,275 pounds all this time and they have admitted that they are in the wrong. Then they go quiet on me. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen. ”
