“I have been taking Norisia consistently for just over two months now and I wanted to give it enough time before writing a proper review. What stood out to me first was how gentle it is. I usually struggle with multivitamins making me feel nauseous or wired, but I never experienced that with Norisia.
The first thing I noticed was my energy. Not a sudden boost, but a much more stable feeling throughout the day. I stopped getting that mid afternoon crash and felt more mentally switched on at work. I assume this is down to the B vitamins and CoQ10 because my focus and motivation definitely improved without feeling overstimulated.
After a few weeks, my sleep started to improve as well. I was falling asleep more easily and waking up feeling more rested. I did not change anything else in my routine, so the only real difference was adding Norisia. I also felt noticeably calmer, especially in stressful situations, which I did not expect from a multivitamin.
Physically, my joints feel less stiff in the mornings and my body just feels like it recovers better. I train a couple of times a week and I am not as sore as I used to be. My digestion has also been more settled, with less bloating, which again surprised me.
Another big positive for me is immunity. Normally I pick up every cold going around, but over the last couple of months I have stayed well, even when others around me were ill. My skin also looks clearer and healthier, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, Norisia feels like it supports the whole body rather than targeting just one thing. It is one of those products where you really notice the difference when you stop taking it. I genuinely feel better on it and it has now become a permanent part of my daily routine :-))”
