“The taste is great. It's like eating gummy bears. I did notice though, unfortunately when I eat 2 after a meal I get super bloated, get cramps and have to run to the toilet after a while. It must be the broccoli and Brussels sprout extract, I don't react well to them. The bloating lasts for more than a day and is very painful. I'm afraid I won't buy them again.”
