“We had a complicated 2-week trip to Portugal and France, both work and play - involving 8 cities! Izanna and the Onsite team were awesome at everything that involves - flights, transportation, hotels, meals, experiences, as well as open time to explore with guidance on area/activity. Huge time saving and intro to new experiences! Not only was Onsite super responsive during planning, taking our feedback and iterating on the itinerary several times, they were also with us throughout the trip, making new things happen as life happens :). Thanks so much Izanna for making our trip so fun, diverse, and memorable!”

“My wife and I had the wedding planning and the honeymoon on top of that was just way to much, so we hired Izanna and it was easily the best decision we could’ve ever made. She was so so so easy to work with, so professional, so informative and responsive truly at any time, there was never time where we were confused or had unanswered questions. She found the most perfect all inclusive resort in Costa Rica for us and found flights and shuttles that were so simple and easy. I can go on and on about how great Izanna, and On-site planning is, but truly if you need someone to plan a getaway, honeymoon or just a vacation, she’s the one you want to go to!”

“Izanna was an excellent travel agent! There were various mishaps and changes of plan during the trip, due to changes in our own circumstances and a cancellation of our credit card. But Izanna worked hard to smooth out the bumps. She really saved our Japan trip!”

“Izanna did a really good job with my trip to japan. She delivered it pretty fast and way under budget. She got me 3 4-star hotels for Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto for me, my husband, 2 children, a nanny, and my in-laws. She included everything I asked for from flower arrangement and samurai sword wielding to omakase and a Mt Fuji day trip to a traditional karaoke bar and the best sights to see. I am so excited and cannot believe the value I got.”

“Izanna couldn’t have been better at planning our upcoming trip to Hawaii! She was excellent at communicating with us about hotel and flight options, a ton of activities that match our interests, and restaurants that I couldn’t have found on my own. We now have a daily itinerary for our trip and don’t have to worry about anything except getting on the plane. The process was quick and easy—exactly what I was looking for with my busy schedule. I highly recommend using Onsite and will certainly be using them for all of my traveling needs!”

“Izanna planned a great and easy to follow itinerary for me and my sister's trip to Miami 5 days 4 nights. She included adventurous water sports, dolphin interaction and amazing restaurants & clubs just like we wanted. She chose a great spot for our hotel too which was right next to the beach and very close to all the locations we went to. We changed quite a few things before and during the trip and she was always super quick to respond and adjust our itinerary, even late at night. The itinerary link is easy to use and a one stop place to check all the details about our next stop. For trips like these, you need to call different people and coordinate things all the time (especially during busy long weekends), e.g., restaurant reservations, water sports rental and timing - Izanna took care of all that while we could enjoy our trip without the stress of planning everything. I would recommend Onsite Travel!”
