“Not happy with the service had a previous order which had no complaints more than happy with the products and service and wanted to out a bigger order in for hoodies as they had come really good! Ordered these hats with the logo on the left side of the hat received a email saying it was too big to be on the left needed to be in the center obviously this put doubt in my mind as to weather it would look weird so asked for a computerised photo of what it would look like! Received next email saying spoke to the embroider and it's fine to go on the left so went ahead with it hats turned up with logo in the center and I'm not to happy with it that I would of changed or made my log smaller to go on the left! But now I'm stuck with two hats I'm not happy with poor service and will take my business elsewhere now!”
