“Super fast response i brought my 75 inch tv on a bank holiday monday and 30 minutes later i got a call for a date for the tv installation and set up arranged for saturday i was surprised for such a fast call for this Great.
On tuesday morning my tv was delivered before 10am again great fast service.
On the same day Tuesday evening 6pm the tv installer called me he was polite kind friendly and respectful and said i have a free slot i can come within an hour and have the tv wall mounted installed and set up if you are free and okay with that as its the evening time, i agreed as this would be excellent having it done so quickly as our old one had broke and we dont have a spare.
the installer came on time and had the tv wall mounted installed and setup within an hour he was very professional polite and friendly honestly iv not met such a nice man in years 10/10 service excellent a real credit to himself and the company.”
“I was very pleased with Order Work Ltd, I had to phone them as I had an important question to ask & the customer advisor was very helpful & reassuring. Also I was messaged frequently with updates on when the engineer would arrive to set up my new television. The engineer arrived on time & unpacked the TV & set it up for me & answered all my questions, I am elderly & he was very helpful & understanding.”
“I ordered a TV via Curry’s on Oct 12 and paid £270 to have the TV installed the following week. Now on 24th Nov, after three cancellations three Fridays in a row, I am still waiting for a call for an explanation and solution - which I was expecting hours ago - and will be asking for a refund. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year with installations but there has been no interest shown in getting the job done, no accountability for the repeated and last minute cancellations, and the continuous incompetence of miscommunication from across their team. Of course, people get sick - but three Fridays in a row seems implausible. After multiple cancellations and miscommunication I would expect to be treated as a priority; and Orderworks could have sub-contracted in another engineer.
Instead of the phone call I am still waiting on, I have received an email that appointments are available next week - this is of course not possible at this stage as I have already taken three days off work for the past three cancelled appointments. I have needlessly spent far too long on their phone line trying to booking appointments, had mixed messages and various people dealing with me, none of whom seem to be talking to each other, and waiting for engineers at home with no news and now writing this review. An overall incredibly disappointing service and highly recommend not wasting any time with them.”
