“⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service I ordered a refurbished MacBook on 19 December, order # 2807 which arrived with “Battery Service Recommended”. I sent it back as requested, but then was told it was lost in the warehouse. I was promised a replacement with a new battery, but the replacement also arrived with the same battery issue (cycle count 628). After a month of delays, broken promises, and miscommunication, I was left with a faulty laptop just before I needed it for travel. Very disappointing service — I do not recommend Orion Computers.”

“Ordered chromebook with hdmi port to use with a monitor, but it arrived without the hdmi port. Orion slow to answer our messages and emails, so we were fearful of returning it and then waiting on replacement 'as and when' they had another available. We suggested an adaptor so we could use the monitor without the 'if and when' another chromebook could be sent to us. Again Orion very slow, all together about 5 weeks of endless messaging to resolve. Didnt want to leave review but appreciate the 2 year warranty. Order number 2044/#2044”

“Purchased a Chromebook via Wowcher. Paid for express delivery, item was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 26th, it didn't arrive until Friday 28th, six days after purchase. I contacted Orion regarding this but they failed to respond! When the Chromebook eventually arrived it was filthy dirty with a damaged screen and a broken hinge! I have no idea how it was sent out in this condition! I set up the Chromebook to see how it worked. The touch screen doesn't work very well, it's impossible to flip the screen as the hinge is broken. Very disappointed, I have contacted Orion but so far haven't had a reply! AVOID THIS COMPANY!”
