“I am disappointed that follow up contact is so infrequent. For example since receipt of my glasses over a year ago nobody has visited me to ensure they are a comfortable and safe fit. In view of my age (92) when deteriorating eye problems are more likely I believe contact should be more frequent than annually and is more to do with the renewal of my insurance than the condition of my eyesight.”
