“My parcel was lost March 2021 , and Packlink stalling me saying that UPS will return the package. UPS tells me its lost ( I have e-mails ) and I need to contact packlink. I had insurance for that package, Packlink wont tell you how long this will take, and that this is an open ended investigation. the product that got lost have already depreciated in value.”
“I paid for a delivery from Italy to UK, after 3 months and half the box is return back, in the middle 200 messages with a pseudo senior claim specialist completely useless, most of the answers copy and paste, it's impossible to talk with them by phone, only email if they want replay to you, packlink + poste italiane the worst sh!t service that I never seen, £40 wasted”

Next day delivery - took 4 days
Didn’t leave the shop til 28 hours after I dropped it off.
Got the Seemingly obligatory oversized parcel notification. Will have to check I’ve not been charged extra
Then got told my parcel has not yet been delivered when I got an email from my customer saying it was broken.
Had insurance so emailed Hermes who told me to go to packlink.
Yes we want photos of when you sent it when it arrived during the opening ceremony and all the labels. There are fewer photos in my wedding album.
Told no photos case dismissed. Told them it was rude and I wanted recompense for the slow service.
However when I said I read the Ts & Cs it was all in there.
Well I won’t be using them again.”
“AVOID! Appaling 3rd party service via eBay then delivered with Hermes. Damaged box in transit, resulting in missing item for my buyer who I then had to refund. Sent them images of damaged box and they conceded it was done in transit and would be followed up. Next message I get, a week later, saying send more photos of box which buyer has now binned or they can't do anything. AVOID”
