“I was very pleased to find the biodegradable products carried by Packqueen. I placed an order in the evening, was contacted the next morning regarding stock levels, discussed my order, and my delivery was delivered to my door within 2 days, interstate in a rural area. Unbelievable quality of service. Very highly recommended.”

“I bought a sample box and requested express shipping. I selected the "gold" color option, anticipating a golden box, but received a standard cardboard one instead. The shipping was as fast as I had expected, thanks to the upfront fee I paid.”

Hi Ali, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your order. Our samples are bulk manufactured in kraft brown (as per the image online). You can request colour swatches of your chosen colour to you can see the colour and finish of the box. Please note however, your selected product is not available in a gold finish. Please get in touch with our team and we'd be happy to assist you with available options.

“Love how quickly I received my order and the sturdiness of these boards, which are perfect for my artwork. However, I am having to spend time removing cardboard shavings off two sides of every board which significantly slows down production.”
