Never showed up for a pick up making my sender wait for them for 4 days. Agents are uncapable of solving any problem and immediately blame customer for not waiting for the pick up agent properly, not having the right phone number or something else. Cancelled my order with them. Fighting to get my money back. They don't mind, but want to keep 25% of the total payment for administrative fee. Don't deal with them - waist of time, money and Zen.

This company is so incapable of doing the simplest of jobs. I have been trying to get a parcel delivered for nearly 12 months from South Africa and after all the time and effort they ended up delivering my parcel to the sender. My parcel ZAAU-672224969 should have been here 6 months ago. STAY AWAY. I wish I read the reviews before using this company.

I have sent 7 boxes from Vienna to Brussels. It was written to be arrived in 2-4 business days. After 4 days I checked where are my parcels and realized it was labelled as wrong address no one called me or informed me. I called them, and telling all the tracking numbers one by one ( stupidest thing ever why they cant see all my ordered parcels at once) they told me its beacuse I gave my company name on top of my own name and address and since the address is not registered as company its considered as incorrect address. ( even if my address was fully correct written there). After one more call with another 1.5 hours again, they fixed it and my parcels arrived. I paid to get my parcels door to door but it was left at the entrance door of my apartment. I had to carry them up to the my door. Then, I realized the packages heavily damaged. What is inside is broken, some of the boxes even opened and some pieces are missing. Then I claimed damaged and eventually win the damage case but still didn't received payment. Because, I get another email with an invoice attached claiming what I gave measurements were audited and UPS found out it was bigger so I was charged to pay 238 EUR extra ( which is more than what I paid initially) I asked proof and they just send me a piece of paper stating the their measurements comparing my measurements. The thing is, I bought the boxes from a big vendor like Ikea and all the box dimensions are standard but they are claiming its wrong! Liers! I don't trust UPS or ParcelABC anymore for anything! They are like a scammers want to scam more money on the hard facts showing that my boxes were okay. Now, they are sending me an email from their Lawyer threatening me to pay otherwise they will take legal actions. So all I the part of service I was getting were WORST experience of my life and the nightmare still continues. What I would recommend you NEVER and EVER work with both of these companies!

I would like to share my negative experience dealing with Parcel ABC hoping that this might help other people. On 06.12.21 I sent a parcel from Bulgaria to United Kingdom. I was advised, that all parcels being sent from/to non EU countries are obliged to pass the customs clearance and sometimes Receiver is being charged to pay customs duties. According to Parcel ABC the approximate customs charge can reach up to 35 GBP. I was asked to upload this amount 35 GBP to my e-wallet (My Balance when I created my account with ParcelABC) in advance, just to guarantee that all amounts due will be covered. I used UPC through Parcel ABC to deliver the parcel. There was problems with the delivery but it was delivered on 16.02.21. The amount on the invoice for the content of the parcel was €40. I sent a message to Parcel ABC customer service requesting the amount of £35 (for customs duties that I uploaded) to be paid back because I didn't owe any customs duties. I received the following message on 16.12.21: "Dear Customer, Please be advised, that usually it takes 21 working days to receive customs invoice after delivery. If no tax invoice will occur, we will refund your payment. Best regards, ParcelABC" On 21.12.21 I request more information regarding the payment of £35. I received the following message: "Hello, Thank you for your message. We should receive the invoice on 14th or 15th of January, Best regards. ParcelABC" On 20.01.22 I ( 6 days after the deadline) I hadn't received any money so I requested more information. I received the following message: "Hello, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your refund request was sent to a responsible person. Once we will receive the confirmation, we will contact you promptly. Best regards, ParcelABC" On 27.01.22 I requested more information. ParcelABC responded with the following message: "Hello, Please give us time, as we did not obtain the invoice from the provider and the accountancy says they may still issue one. We just need to wait for an invoice. In the worst case scenario, till the end of the month. We will not hold on to your money, if we have confirmation that they did not charge anything. Best regards," I waited until 07.02.22 and after not receiving any money I contacted ParcelABC again. They responded with the following message: "Thank you for your patience. I understand your frustration, however I am not able to speed anything up. We have not received the confirmation from the provider regarding the charges yet." I decided to follow the complaint procedure in order to get my money back. On 08.02.22 I sent a message asking ParcelABC to provide information about their complaint procedure. I haven't received any response from ParcelABC. I tried to phone them on +44 2037 6969 85 but there was no answer.

This company stole from me This company stole from me. I paid them a large deposit which they promised to return. They failed to do so and for 4 months have been ignoring all my emails. Their phone lines do not work either. This business is a scam. Be careful.
