“arrival I went for a lie down on the double bed, ( I have spinal arthritis) traveling hurts my back, THERE WERE NO SLATS ON THE BED the mattress went straight through with myself resulting in excruciating pain in my back and my leg hit off the metal frame. 2nd complaint there was no concrete path anywhere near our steps to the caravan it was like a mud bath my husband slipped and fell onto the stairs he hurt his hands/arm and legs, he is a disabled man. 1 x pair of brand new ugg boots ruined £200, 1x pair of brand new WHITE nike air force trainers covered in mud. i have photos of the outside of caravan and the bed which im still sufferattacheding with extra back pain due to the incompetence of your housekeepers / inspection team as they should of noticed the condition of the bed when making it. My whole family have had a very disappointing experience and I would like to be compensated for all that we have been through. photos attached”
“I paid a £75 deposit for a caravan holiday but when the balance was due they didn't notify me and cancelled my booking due to non payment. They were impossible to contact by phone or e-mail so I re-booked on line. The price was £50 more and they refused to refund my original deposit. The actual holiday was fine but their customer service is appalling.”
“This was the way we were treated on our holiday in camber sands.
No bedding for the front room considering they new there was 5 of us.
For the first night having 3 of us in one bed because the curtains were wet due to the window being left open when we got there, and the wet curtains dripped on the pillow, duvet, sheet and mattress.
I specifically got the caravan for things like the iron that we didn't get.
Also a broom that was broken and no dustpan and brush.
I wanted to cancel this holiday due to COVID and it was either come or lose the £419.00.
May I also add there was no one wearing masks nor social distancing.
We would of happily went the same time next year when the activities were back to normal, definitely not now though.
The only activity's we managed to get were the high ropes and a kart, it's ridiculous.
We feel completely ripped off.
We have a holiday booked with them for may in the isle of wright next year that’s cost another £400 odd, let’s hope it’s completely different.
I have two autistic sons and they’ve said it’s been there worst holiday.”
