“Park is the 'Snap-On' of bicycle tools. Most tools are the best, some common tools from Park however cost more but their quality is often as inferior as the imported stuff, and for Park's reputation sake, should discontinue common hand tools line unless they can up-the-ante and make replacement parts for them or at the very least use old-school tool steel. I am NOT the first, nor the last person/mech to say this. When will Park read and heade public (mechanics) opinion on this? Still loves ya's all the same - 4 stars !”

“Park Tool makes the absolute best products with what I would consider reasonable prices. I am a home mechanic that builds and repairs my own bikes (and an occasional friend's repair). I have bought a lot of Park Tools over the years and it would almost rival a bike shops assortment. My favorites are the torque wrenches and a pro-level repair stand. Their website is very easy to order from and their how-to videos make learning easy. There is nothing I wouldn't try to do myself first thanks to Park Tools.”

“Always superb service. Ordered parts on Thu night and they were delivered Monday noon. No special shipping was requested. My only regret was I forgot a couple small items that will now have to wait because shipping cost would be be twice as much as the small parts themselves.”

“If you have a decent set of wheels, it's crazy not to maintain them, and, if you have the time, probably also crazy to pay a shop to do it, at least for the routine stuff. Park Tool has everything you need under one roof, including clever things like their chain cleaning tool that make the job less effort/mess. Great stuff!”

“I got replacement hardware for a used mechanics stand. The parts arrived quickly and were well organized, so and within 30 minutes, I had a fully functional stand. I like that they sell replacement parts for older models to keep them going.”
