“The rebuild kit itself is 5 stars but I had to call after 3 days to get a status and that's when it finally was shipped. Priced reasonably and fair shipping costs. Easy to replace the old pump head with the new one. Works great and doesn't slip off the presta valve stem.”

“It is a good HD tool. I would like to see a broader/wider surface area on the pinch-face to help spread the surface area pinch pressure on the tire. Those tubless tires with sealler get strongly resistant to freeing themselves from the rim's grip, I fear that some such tires may be pinch damaged with such a small surface area of contact.”

“Works effectively as designed. Needs to be handled with some care due to plastic construction. The metal locking latch hooks can fall off and be lost. I have purchased a second unit even with the problems mentioned.”

“this tool works just fine, but the equivalent tool for Shimano works better because it has a shaft the same diameter as a skewer that keeps it in alignment. more generally, this is just one more tool that only fits Campagnolo parts. Are you listening, Tulio?”
