“Although I am not employed as a bike mechanic, I do most of my own bike maintenance. The first use of this tool I unfortunately bent the pin that pushes out the rivet on the chain. I have used the smaller Park tool for this many times over the years and have never done this. It could ship with a spare pin.”

“Works effectively as designed. Needs to be handled with some care due to plastic construction. The metal locking latch hooks can fall off and be lost. I have purchased a second unit even with the problems mentioned.”

“It works as it should. Tube comes with a cap once opened. Too bad there isn't a smaller tube for someone who doesn't work on bikes allot. Parktool is a very reliable source for bike products.”
