“The material of the Pashmina was nice! It was soft, but a bit thinner than I would have imagined, especially compared to others that I own. The stitched initials was a let-down. It was a single-threaded stitch. In other words, 2 lines of string. I wish it wasnt personalized at all because it made the entire product look cheap, especially for a $200 item.”

“The pashmina is of thinner material than I expected. It also did not have the initials embroidered that I ordered. It was delivered a week later than promised so it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. FedEx made a mistake on a customs form and were incapable of saying when it would be delivered. When it was eventually delivered it was simply left in an unlocked postbox. It should have been signed for but the driver made no attempt to come to my front door. It is a pretty pashmina but the experience of buying this, along with the lack of the initials and thinness of the material makes this a purchase I wouldn't recommend or repeat.”

“Beautiful products though was unhappy with the return policy. I had ordered several in order to make sure the color was correct. By the time they arrived in US it was already too late to return the ones I did not want. Very unfortunate.”

“The product is amazing, been buying from you for years. Customer service is not good, which is a departure from past experiences. Most recent purchase needed to be exchanged for a different size and it was a nightmare. Rude people who made the whole thing unnecessarily difficult. What a pity.”

We have only had one order from you, which was on time delivered & it was to the size & color you requested. It seems you confusing us with some other company or purchase. Would appreciate if you could share any communication you sent to us with regard to the problem you have mentioned. We have had no conversation on email, phone or WhatsApp beyond our standard communication of Order Confirmation, Shipping Status, Fedex Tracking Detail etc. Please let us know if there is anything we could do to help even now!
