“Unfortunately, the packages arrived broken abd thé chicken had freezer burn. Such a bummer :/ Also, the dry ice had sublimated. We order from Crowd Cow and this never happens - all packages in tact, dry ice still full. It sure What Pasturebird is doing differently with packaging but we need to return our order.”
“I was faced by the reality of todays super market chicken and the woody breast phenomenon. I ordered from here hoping to resolve that issue. Most piece were very good but some still had woody breast. Just was a let down.”

My order arrived a day late and no longer frozen and FedEx and PastureBird act like everything is okay even though FedEx did not leave the package since I declined it due to being inedible. Still have had nothing from either company to redress this 100 dollar lesson learned about both of them.”
