“Once I decided to give Pasturebird a try, I knew I was going to be a committed customer. Not only is the customer service stellar, the product speaks for itself. Poultry was the last protein for me to add, sourced from a small community. It tastes different, has a different texture and the nutrition profile can’t be touched. Thank you for the environment & care you give to your birds. It’s as important how they are treated, as is the end product we consume. Just remember: natural, leaner meats cook faster than the conventional counterparts!!”

My only suggestion for improvement is the vacuum sealing. Whenever I thaw the chicken, the plastic wrap always leaks. I’d love to be able to use the plastic for sous vide cooking.”

“My Daughter and boyfriend took a tour of you facilities in Murrieta, they came back and told me of their experience. I was impressed so I ordered 4 birds and they arrived 3 days later. They were packed in a insulated box with dry ice to keep them frozen. I thawed one out immediately and tried it. It was great! So fresh tasting and just the right size. As for the taste, it can’t be beat. It has just a tint of Gaminess that meat should have. It shows they are almost raised in the wild, hats off to you guys. I will make this a staple in my diet.”
