“Order #79595. Placed this order two weeks ago for 2 length of soffits. Lead time on web site says 1-5 days. Try phoning for ETA update but recorded message just redirect to online chat, which in turn seems to be permanently offline. Got to the point where I'm happy to do click & collect, but there is no way to contact them.”

“Everything went to plan to begin with then I ordered a second piece of trim. When it arrived and I opened it it was the wrong style. I checked the order and I ordered the correct piece. I've now emailed four times and wasted countless time waiting on the phone being picked up but no response. Not great on the customer service side of things.
