“8 paid this company $199 to publish my book of short stories. They immediately wanted to charge me over $1,000 to do a complete edit. I said NO, not another cent. They the project manager assigned the book to an editor who was supposed to check punctuation and suggest minor changes. It has been bogged down with numerous errors and I have now decided to quit the project. I have told the company to delete my book and refund my money and no response. I would not recommend this company”

One would assume that such an agency that caters to everything would lack in some areas, but that’s not true for them. They are pioneers of every service they provide.”

“I had spent endless hours writing this one thriller book. I had gotten three of my previous books edited by PPE’s editors, so I thought, why not give them this one, too? As expected, they did a fine job. They have a special talent, which makes them the best native writers. I don’t know how, but they improved the content of my book so well without changing the sequence of plots or the storyline. A month into the journey, we are more than halfway through the book. I can’t wait until it’s finished.”

“I had a simple autobiography book about my travel encounters and experiences. It was also a motivational book because I started off with nothing in my pocket, hustled for years and the result was the lavish lifestyle that I was leading. It was mostly directed at young people who are business enthusiasts. I submitted my book to Penguin Publishing Expert’s authors to check for last minute errors in grammar and punctuation. Not only did they do an amazing job with it but they suggested tiny tweaks that made the book read a lot better. I was very happy with the style their authors adopted.”

I approached them to do the SEO for my book, and the PM was extremely kind on the consultation call. She guided me throughout the process and made it pretty simple for me. At each step, they had me in communication and wherever I felt the need to incorporate my suggestions, they did not only patiently hear me but came up with really nice solutions. “Penguin Publishing Experts is covering each domain of the e-books and it’s truly impressive. I got my biography book written from them. They covered each part of it with zero errors and whenever I asked them to change something, they would do it without any arguments, considering that I made many changes when the project was at the completion stage. I received a sweetheart of a project manager who advised I should get my book published and marketed by them. Obviously it wasn’t a difficult decision since they did my previous work perfectly. I don’t regret that decision at all.”

“For my story, which was a children’s book, I wanted suggestions on how to improve the story line and the use of better vocabulary. Besides that, I wanted to get my book’s cover designed. Their writers submitted me an editorial report clarifying the strengths and weaknesses in the story; I ended up liking it so I asked them if they could assist me with rewriting it. The first green flag was that their authors didn’t take much time to submit me the first delivery, and the second one was that they did it with perfection. I mean the hard work and the dedication could be seen through their words. The cover they submitted was also as stunning as the rewrite for my files. However, I liked working with them because of their highly professional work ethics and I have no words for the customer service I received. They make you feel like a valued client.”
