Asked questions if Hb3 bulbs were sent out for my car were right as they didn't fit into the housing properly without alot of struggle.
And all I got was package them up and send them back.
Quite rude that the guy thought I didn't know how to fit a bulb into a headlight and customer service from him was poor.

Disappointed however that the D4S HID > LED kit came with zero instructions for fitment and your website provides no instructions either. Not acceptable these days when incorrect fitment can have significant consequences. I have now installed yhese and they light up but I have no clue as to whether I’ve done it correctly. This spoilt a good vibe I had based on the quick delivery.”
