I absolutely have no problems with Pet Circle. My fur baby has since been unable to eat soft food anymore (she's 10 years old) very upset tummy with Runny poop for 3 weeks. So I jumped on to Pet Circle and ordered Royal Canin for digestive issues and bingo it work and my girl is back to her normal pooping. Thank you guys and delivery was quick.

I am blown away by their compassion and generosity as I recently lost my fur baby and an auto delivery was in transit, I contacted Pet Circle to see if we could stop the delivery and they refunded the full amount of my order and when the delivery still arrived they told me to donate it to my local shelter then to top it off I received a card offering condolences from them.

I have dealt with Pet Circle for a number of years no issues at all regarding price service supply or delivery
Recently I have had to contact customer service and I did this through the chat room I can only say that they are the most reliable and efficient staff I have ever dealt with and credit where credit is due my query was handled efficiently and my product was in mail 2 hours after our chat so to you people out there complaining about this company maybe it may have more to do with your attitude than anything else I would imagine that people working in customer service would sometimes no doubt have to deal with some stressful situations with peoples attitude when they are blamed for things beyond their control just remember it costs nothing to treat people with respect and after dealing with them in past day via chat room they deserve a huge thank you for a job well done and all my respect to each and every one of them
