I no longer use Pet Circle due to lost orders & delivery driver saying can't find a place to park to deliver my order. I never got my orders (tried 3 times). Finally got a refund. Reading reviews. Wow. Everyone else having same issues at same time (3-5 months ago). I live in a big block of flats. Used to see Pet Circle orders in lobby all the time. No more. Wonder what happened to this company?

I’ve consistently had delivery issues with Pet Circle, and this will be my last time ordering. My recent order was placed two weeks ago and is still delayed with no estimated delivery date. On top of that, customer service has been unhelpful.

Dont believe the next day delivery. I ordered at the start of this week, they took my money immediately, and today is Friday and its yet to ship. Still shows as 'processing'. Very poor service. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss.

Have a recurring order, received an email and text stating order had been delivered. Was at home at supposed delivery which did not occur and security cameras confirm no one entered the property.
Very difficult to contact company and no resolution when I finally made contact.
Very disappointed with the service and concerned that I have lost my money as no delivery.

2 of the last 4 have had the delivery placed on the dog-side of the fence, not near the more convenient front door or stairs where it used to be delivered.
