“ I used to be a regular Pet Circle customer for a long time, but just got sick of everytime they update their systems it grossly affects orders and massive delivery delays. ”

“ I purchased Antinol for my senior dogs (ages 10 and 13). I also ordered a dog bed in the same delivery. Only the dog bed was delivered. The Antinol is required to assist with their joint issues. However, despite contacting them FOUR time, I am yet to receive either a redelivery or a refund. This is absolutely atrcious and I will not be using them again. ”

“ if I could give less of a rating I would , I bought a dog bed and got notifcation it was sent and delivered . No delivery, and then contacted support. I was told Australia Post is not delivering big parcels! complete rubbish , then I was told there was no stock. Will not recommend, I think they use bait advertising to get people to buy and they dont have stock and make you wait. ”

Wow. Everyone else having same issues at same time (3-5 months ago). I live in a big block of flats. Used to see Pet Circle orders in lobby all the time. No more. Wonder what happened to this company? ”

“ I’ve consistently had delivery issues with Pet Circle, and this will be my last time ordering. My recent order was placed two weeks ago and is still delayed with no estimated delivery date. On top of that, customer service has been unhelpful. ”

“ Dont believe the next day delivery. I ordered at the start of this week, they took my money immediately, and today is Friday and its yet to ship. Still shows as 'processing'. Very poor service. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss. ”
