“ I purchased Antinol for my senior dogs (ages 10 and 13). I also ordered a dog bed in the same delivery. Only the dog bed was delivered. The Antinol is required to assist with their joint issues. However, despite contacting them FOUR time, I am yet to receive either a redelivery or a refund. This is absolutely atrcious and I will not be using them again. ”

Wow. Everyone else having same issues at same time (3-5 months ago). I live in a big block of flats. Used to see Pet Circle orders in lobby all the time. No more. Wonder what happened to this company? ”

“ What has happened? I have been a long term customer who enjoyed almost next day delivery! That’s definitely changed!! The significant delays without any idea of delivery, when I only live one hour up the road is ridiculous! Customer service is poor with little knowledge of anything! And little regard for their delivery service. I’m told it’s being processed, so I can’t get a refund, yet they can’t tell me when my package will be delivered either!! I won’t be ordering from them again! ”

“ An excellent company has deteriorated into a complete shambles! Impossible to contact. I wasted hours trying to chase up an order placed close to a week ago. I've now canceled it and will take my business elsewhere. They seem to have gone the way of other businesses that slash customer service to cut costs. I'll be watching my credit card account for a refund now. I hope I don't have to spend hours chasing that up! ”

“ Scam. Take your money, dont send the item then give 'store credit' instead of refund. Don't shop here. I don't want the credit because I wont be!! ”

“ When i notified of the problem no assistance, i followed up for the second time and they said they can provide 1x of the boxes ordered and refund as they don't ship part boxes (except the units they shipped individually). ”
