"I ordered this from the UK for my grandpup Louie in Auckland. When visiting my daughter and her husband in January, Louie always dragged us to the store on his walks. So, for a treat - I ordered the voucher online. What a lovely surprise I got when I received a photo of the card from my daughter with a beautifully handwritten note from the sales assistant at the store . Louie, my daughter Lauren and her husband Neil went to the store to spend the voucher. Staff at the store made it a very special visit. Thank you PETstock for making me smile from 11,000 miles away. A real personal touch. "
