“My first order from Petzoo and my last!
I ordered the Tuffy chew ring for my old staffy, believing it would live up to its claim of being 'The World's toughest soft dog toy'. But at $35 within 10 minutes It was chewed through to the lining.
I have sent 4 emails re; my disappointment at the quality of their product, requesting a refund and giving them an opportunity to respond prior to me posting a review. However Petzoo doesn't have the time or courtesy to reply. Poor customer service! Petzoo”
“In short the tuff toys are not tuff at all they didn’t last the night not even 8 hours including sleeping time I estimate that it took my dog less than 3 hours to destroy all 4 toys that’s right 4 toys not just 1 do not recommend at all for the price I paid”

I recently sent an email if the collar tearing from the eyelet (not durable). Still awaiting reponse. Hoping to get a refund, or replacement if you belive this to be a one off manufacturing defect. Please advise. Thank you.

“Ordered for the first time and spent over $100. Didn’t receive an item worth $39.99. Raised a dispute online on the 22/02/23 and have not received any correspondence at all. Will never be ordering from here again.”
