I used to host a few small company websites and the server availability was good. Support has got much better over the years. Some of their comms/announcements come out in broken english, someone should proof read these. Overall I recommend.”
“The server has been down in the past, this seems to have improved. The email forwarding is slow, it takes an average of 5 minutes to receive, unsure why, it’s not the 3 parties email server as I’ve used both outlook and gmail. Other than that not a bad budget hosting package”

“I have used PlanetHippo for the last six years to host a local amateur orchestra web site. The main driver initially was price... their Business One Account hosting option is £1 per month plus vat. But I have found the hosting very reliable... negligible downtime. And the support has been excellent. On one occasion I queried a renewal charge. On a couple of others I asked for advice on DNS settings and installing WordPress. In all cases the support people have responded quickly and been very helpful. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending PlanetHippo.”
