“Immediately after placing my order I realised I had ordered show plates by mistake. I sent an e mail immediately requesting the order be changed and received no response and the plates were not amended . I never received a response to my mail.”
“I ordered quality acrylic plates for both front and rear. The plates arrived but were of different quality and finish to both plates; the front plate had an acrylic top finish -but this has a bevell mark on the top edge, so QA was not that good. The rear plate is a different finish completely. I had to fit them as the number plates had been changed and could not wait until I had them returned/changed. On reflection I should have complained and returned them.”
