“The plates were of good quality, however the customer service was non existent. Parcel delayed on more than one occasion and was told that they were unable to track it any better than the information I had from Hermes. Took a week to arrive after paying quite a lot for carriage.”
“Immediately after placing my order I realised I had ordered show plates by mistake. I sent an e mail immediately requesting the order be changed and received no response and the plates were not amended . I never received a response to my mail.”
