“I have ordered from plaza Japan a few times now and I am always pleased with the shipping times and condition of the packages. I most appreciate the extra care they put into their packaging. Every package that I have received has a note, candy, and sometimes other little toys or trinkets. Many companies don't take the time and effort to show appreciation or acknowledge your choosing to do business with them out of all the many options out there. I highly recommend Plaza Japan and I will definitely be ordering again in the near future. Thank you”

“I had some initial problems in using the Plaza Japan website to order two model railway items. (Previosuly I had never had a problem). Someone at Plaza Japan came to my rescue and generated a personal order that enabled me to complete the order via airmail. My items arrived without any further issues and my items were securely packaged and well protected.”

“Ordering is a breeze! If you use FedEx to ship to America, there's no hiccups or hidden fees. My order shipped quickly and the overall price was less than what I was expecting. Also, you get some Japanese newspaper that they use to pad the package! Would order again!”
