I'm truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with the plastic bunded tray you ordered from us in November 2023. At Premier Storage and Office Solutions, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products, and it's disappointing to learn that we fell short of these standards with the plastic bunded tray you received. We understand the critical role such equipment plays, especially when complying with Environment Agency guidelines. The fact that the tray arrived with a broken edge and was not suitably packaged is concerning and not indicative of our usual quality standards, we are taking immediate steps to review and improve our packaging process to ensure that this issue does not recur.
