Our doors are not as the customer indicated, all follow a quality checking system and all meet very stringent safety check and detailed quality checks. Every door we provide meets BS 476 pt 22 for fire certification and our workshops are both BM Trada and Certifier registered. In addition we are the only fire door provider that offers a 25 year guarantee.
We also offer a full refund if customers are not satisfied provided that they are not bespoke doors.
The quality of the doors is always 100% and the customer never complained. Our staff who take calls are remote but very efficient and we have a team of virtual assistants who support the business with U.K. based sales and business manager. To keep prices low we have a requirement for virtual assistants but have not had a problem before. These assistants are closely monitored and trained.
