“Bought the Primecom level 2 charger in 2022 and yesterday my car wouldn't charge. I called Primecom and spoke to David who quickly diagnosed the locking hook was slightly bent. I did drop it a couple times. He sent a video how to easily bend it back and in only a couple minutes it's charging again. Great customer service and the charger is so much quicker than the one that came with the car.”
“I used this company to help me navigate the EV world 4 plus years ago before buying my first EV (Kia Niro EV) David was especially helpful , giving me a great deal of information that I could understand. I ultimately got the car and one of the 32 Amp charges . He guided me though the learning curve with many answered calls. He has continued to support me with information and guidance long after the warranty expired on my charger and now more then 4 years later an another EV (Kia EV -6. I am still using the charger at a new location .
I did have one problem taht I caused and David helped problem solve this, and ultimately got the unit repaired charging me only for shipping and the cost of the part . All together I was without a charger for less then 1 week and we are talking about 3 plus years after the warranty expired.

“OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a Level 2, 32Amp & 40Amp EV charger almost 2 years ago (Dec 2022) from the Primcom.Tech website. I bought it to replace an EV charger that isn’t made any longer. Well, I moved to another state early 2024. The heavy duty 220v outlet in my new garage had a loose connection within the garage outlet and caused a melting of the outlet and part of the EV cable plug. Outlet failure, EV cable unusable bec of this. The Primecom.Tech cable was fine, but not the plug.
I called David and he IMMEDIATELY told me what was wrong with the garage outlet and, without me asking (my EV charger is out of the one-yearr-warranty), sent a cord cap replacement plug that he said the electrician could easily swap out. That way I wouldn’t have to buy a new cable, which is now $800. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS. I received that plug within 3 days. An electrician fixed the outlet, and replaced the cord plug cap with what David had sent so promptly. David was SO helpful 2 years ago in helping me buy the correct EV charger bec we have a BMW i3 and a Tesla. He was equally helpful when I called with the above dilemma. He could have easily said I had to buy a new cable. HE HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. When you call their number, David answers.

“nothing wrong with the charging station. i like it alot and no problems. looks good. the reason i gave it a 1 star is that I paid extra $50 for 5 extra feet. ordered a 30 ft cord but only 25 ft came. I know this because it looked kinda short to be 30 feet so I measured and sure enough, only 25 feet. Emailed and called them on june 24th. Person said i would be taken card of. No one responded to my email and didnt see any credit on my charge card. On June 30th, i sent a follow up email on my credit that i should receive. This is July 4th and i still haven't gotten a email or credit show up on my card. Until then, it stays at 1 star. UPDATE 7/22/22. Finally, after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, ive finally received my credit of $50 for the wrong length of cord sent. They said they apologized and explain that this person was on leave or vacation or what and they changed warehouses. I told David that i understand but as a customer i would at least like some kind of response to my emails letting me know of any situation that will cause a delay for my refund. But i am a happy customer now. I will promote this company should my friends ask about L2 chargers. I enjoy and have no problems with this charger since i received and installed it-maybe about a month usage. So far excellent. So because i finally got my refund and the product is great, i changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.”
“The unit is well made. I dropped the charger on the concrete floor several times while installing and it didn't phase it. The wire is heavier than other manufacturers but is not difficult to coil or uncoil. I highly recommend the long cord over other units. It helps immensely with the placement of the receptacle and allows more freedom of where I park the car. The power selector is positive and easy to use. The product is right out of the box a plug and play device. 5 stars from me.”

“When I bought my Chevy Volt, it came with a short 25' charging cable that forced me to park my car up at the house (and my wife's car, which is not electric, behind me). It was inconvenient to have to pull her car out every morning before work. Now, with the availability of this robust 40’ cable, she can stay up close to the house and I can charge behind her. This is wonderful. My charging time, using the longer cable, has remained the same as it was with the 25’ cable – and the cable stays cool. I am confident in the product and grateful that it has become available. Note: I have the NEMA 15-5 (Standard 110V plug) on the end. From the electrical panel, I have a dedicated, high Amp, circuit with robust cable in conduit to a dedicated plug in the garage – into which this extension is plugged. I am confident in its safety.”
“I had a chance to test out the extension J1772 cable made in China. It works as promised, but I concern of the long term reliability where you plug the original J1772 into the female port as below that port the cables don’t seem to have the tubing reinforced. As long as your careful I guess should be no problem. Shipped fast.”
