“Purchased an opal ring for my partner's first mother's day. Within 3 days, the stone had fallen out due to the claws not being secure enough. A replacement was sent fairly quickly which we were pleased about however after 2 wears, the stone has loosened in the setting again and cannot be worn. The ring design is faulty and despite two emails being sent, we are still waiting for a reply regarding this. Really disappointing service and quality of products.”

Only issue I didn't like the fact it was delivered by normal post with no signature. As it cost over £100 I would of thought delivery would of been by courier.”
