“Having no prior knowledge or understanding of Probate and all its components, Willed Law has been incredibly helpful. They have guided us every step of the way with compassion and understanding as we grieved our dads passing. I cannot commend them or recommend them enough to anyone facing similar circumstances and needing help to secure Probate. They come very fairly priced considering what’s involved and explain everything with sound knowledge right through the process. In short, if you need help with Probate, they have a great team that will carry you through to a very satisfactory result.”

“My primary contact at Willed was Kerry Pham. What a great service - I hadn't been through a Probate before so had no idea of what was involved. The team at Willed Law was great ! My father's situation wasn't easy. He died in QLD during the pandemic so I had no personal contact with doctors or his aged care people. I'm in Sydney and couldn't enter Qld but Kerry made things smooth for me.”

“We engaged WilledLaw to apply for Grant of Probate for my Mother in Law’s will. This quickly turned into a complicated process on the discovery of three informal codicils. Ari was able to steer us through all these complexities with patience and clear explanations at each step. The final application was a fifteen page affidavit that resulted in Grant of Probate within a week from filing to granted. Thanks again Ari and the team at Willed Law.”

“Needing to get Letters of Administration for my oldest brother's estate (the executor had died), I was referred to Ari of Willed Law. He guided me through obtaining all the necessary documentation and submitted the application to the Supreme Court. Communication was excellent - all my queries were answered promptly and clearly - and the cost was a fraction of what I had been otherwise quoted.”

I engaged him to do the work to obtain Letters of Administration. At all times he was professional, courteous and answered any question I asked of him. His staff was also helpful.
